As we have all collectively been adjusting to a new way of life - living, working and socialising at home - Leap has spent the last few weeks adapting its work from face-to-face delivery to online training.

We have designed a suite of interactive workshops which provide tools and resources to equip participants to support themselves and to support young people during this time and beyond.

The training remains true to Leap, using interactive games, exercises and discussion to explore our relationships to conflict and allow valuable time for reflection. Each workshop supports adults to gain new skills and perspectives on managing conflict during the current crisis and in their daily lives and work.

Training offers include 1:1 sessions and small group training delivered by one of Leap’s expert trainers via Zoom. Sessions last up to 2 hours each and can be delivered individually or as a 5-week programme.
