We are committed to building new and creative partnerships with organisations and individuals from across the public, private and statutory sectors to better support the most vulnerable young people in our society. The more embedded conflict management training is across different sections of society, the more sustainable our impact with young people will be.
2020 was a year of challenge and change and yet it was also our greatest year of collaboration. Trusts and Foundations supported our digital innovation and moving our training online. Throughout the pandemic, we worked across England in a variety of settings including in care homes, local authorities, alternative education, youth offending services, probation, prisons, grassroots organisations and network alliances. This work would not be possible without fantastic partnerships, many of which are listed below.
Conflict in the lives of young people is the biggest issue of this generation. As we continue to grow our partnerships and influencing this year, our resolve and commitment is to support young people to navigate the difficult years ahead and reach their full potential. To achieve this, we invite government, companies, philanthropists and our new partners to use their position of power and responsibility to harness the talent and potential of all young people. Together, we can make change happen!
