We plan to hold first interviews on Wednesday 10th April in-person at our Finsbury Park Head Office. Successful applicants will be invited to a second interview online on Tuesday 16th April to include a presentation.


Leap Confronting Conflict is the UK’s only youth charity that specialises in conflict navigation. We deliver experiential training and 1:1 support programmes to give young people and the adults in their lives the skills to navigate situations of conflict effectively. We are seeking a Head of Fundraising to join our team.

This new role will be vital to deliver on our ambitious fundraising growth strategy as we approach Leap’s 40th birthday in 2027.

You will nurture the existing relationships Leap has secured with High-Net-Worth Individuals, corporates and other stakeholders and identify opportunities to develop new fundraising activity. You will be a champion for Leap and those we support, inspiring individuals and organisations to become invested in our mission. This is an exciting role which invites an innovative approach to creating scalable fundraising products with a modest budget.

You will develop our individual giving initiatives and appeals (such as a Christmas Campaign), regular giving, mid-value giving, sponsorship, digital fundraising, as well as in-memory and legacy fundraising.

You will expand our limited portfolio of events and corporate partnerships with ambition to secure high value, national partnerships to raise income, public awareness and gift in kind support.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead on our strategy, planning, financial forecasting and subsequent performance management to targets. You will have an extensive knowledge of the fundraising sector, particularly corporate partnerships, individual giving, acquisition and donor development.
