For Schools

Building on the foundations of our 1:1 curriculum, working in schools is an exciting area of expansion for us as we deliver tailored courses to schools across London.

Through our training, we provide young people with the tools to foster healthy relationships, make positive decisions and inspire self-growth.

Throughout the first half of 2021, our Project Workers were embedded in schools across London, offering bespoke 1:1 support to young people over an 8-week period.

This support is tailored for the young person’s needs, but typically consists of developing self-leadership skills, recognising conflict triggers, exploring communication, building emotional intelligence and resilience whilst increasing their self-confidence.

IMPROVING PROSPECTS

Programme Info: For young people aged15 to 21 living in London.

The three most important relationships young people have are with themselves, with friends and with adults in positions of responsibility. This opportunity has a five-day or ten-day option, and is designed to give young Londoners skills to identify their own triggers and tactics to diffuse conflict situations.

TAKE THE LEAP

Programme Info: For children aged 11 to 13 moving into secondary school.

One of the most important transitions in a young person’s life is the move to secondary school; a transition that encompasses so many changes. We are developing a new Transitions programme, Take the Leap, working with participants going through that move into secondary school to explore any worries such as making new friends. The programme supports pupils to think about potential conflict and equips them with the internal resources and skills to manage themselves in those moments.

1:1 COACHING

Programme Info: For young people aged 11 to 25-years-old.

This opportunity is centred around the young person’s learning style. The conversations, delivery method and curriculum content are shaped around the relationship between the young person and the project worker. We advise a working relationship of eight weeks, which can be delivered online, in-person or alongside an arts-based workshop or programme.
